Summary

Published in Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - General Subjects 1860, 2008– (1860), this study utilized 3D Petri Dish® micro-molds to generate uniform microtissues for investigating reproducible preparation of spheroids of pancreatic hormone positive cells from human ips cells: an in vitro study. The research demonstrates the value of standardized 3D cell culture models in advancing our understanding of this field.
