Research Overview

Understanding cell signaling requires measuring protein phosphorylation, but this has been impossible at single-cell resolution - until now. Phospho-seq simultaneously quantifies phosphorylated proteins alongside gene expression in individual cells.

The method was validated using heterogeneous retinal organoids generated with 3D Petri Dish®.
